REFUND POLICY

Your payment will be refunded, less a $75 service charge, if notification is received one week prior to the start of camp. Requests for refunds made within a week of the start of camp will only be approved for medical reasons and a physician’s letter must be provided. No refunds will be given to campers who leave voluntarily or whom are sent home for disciplinary reasons. No prorated refunds will be give for any reason after your camp begins.
